Rocking BIOKET Bioeconomy Key Enabling Technologies platform full force with our coordination and DCE teams following a number of sessions related to our lignin valorisation work at PROSPLIGN and networking with peers and companies interested in the uptake of our bioactive molecules.

Fraunhofer Institute for Interfacial Engineering and Biotechnology organised a workshop on ‘Closing the gaps – what’s left to do for applied research in bioeconomy’- an issue we discussed intensively at our recent second GA meeting in Lisbon. We also followed a session this afternoon on ‘KETs innovating bio-based solutions for cosmetics, personal care and healthcare and a session on ‘Transforming biomass into high-value molecules for net-zero’.
